Support is available as a separate service and is not included in the standard BC2SQL subscription price.
Support subscription available by agreement
BC2SQL includes built-in functionality to send email notifications if a synchronization fails. This allows the customer to monitor synchronization status internally or to involve BC2SQL under a separate support agreement.
A support subscription can be relevant for organizations that want assistance with operational monitoring, incident handling or periods where 100% operational stability is business-critical.
Support subscription pricing is agreed separately based on the required scope, monitoring responsibility and response expectations.
